Could you please help us

How many days of accumulated vacations from the previous years can be transferred to the next holidays year due to the New Danish holiday Act? For example, a full-time employee (covered by the Danish Holiday Act)  has 33 days of accumulated vacations from the previous years as of the 1st of January 2022, does he can spend all these days or only 5 days?
