Multiple months next to each other

Question

For the "Period total" report it is only possible to select one period. However, it would be very nice to see many months next to each other so f.e. that I can see Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr and YTD next to each other instead of just seeing one period (e.g. March) and YTD. That could look like the Department profit/loss where you can see many department P&Ls next to each other.
